What is the quickest way to apply for a small loan?
Just click the Apply Now button, complete the 16 simply questions and you are on your way. A Lending Manager will then make contact via email or phone to finalise your small loan.
What personal information will I be requested to supply?
Our Lending Manager will request that you provide sufficient information to prove your identity; this is commonly referred to as the 100 point identification check. You will also need to provide contact information including phone number, email address, how much you want to borrow, and the purpose of the personal loan. The Lending Manager will also request supporting documents such as ID, bank statement, and payslips, along with some proof of residence such as utility bill. What happens next?
A Lending Manager will call you to work through the steps outlined above. They will then confirm if your small loan has been approved. They may provide a conditional approval while they are awaiting documentation to confirm the information that you have provided. At any time during the loan assessment process you can call your dedicated Lending Manager to answer any questions you might have. Once you are approved, you will receive a email confirming your loan has been approved. This email contains your username and password so that you can log in online to sign your contracts electronically. Once you have done this, fund will be transferred into your account immediately.
How long does approval take?
It can take as little as around a half hour with the money in the bank in less than one day. This is dependant on how quickly you supply your documentation and the complexity of your personal loan application.
Am I guaranteed acceptance of my personal loan application?
While we cannot guarantee that everyone will be accepted, we do specialise in people with prior credit problems. Acceptance is determined by your ability to meet your repayments. We will only approve loans that our customers can afford.
Can I have more than one loan?
We would prefer that you take one loan at a time. This way you are always in a position to meet your repayments.
How much can I borrow?
You can qualify for as much as $5000 or as little as $300.
Can I pay the loan off early?
Yes, you can pay your loan before it is scheduled to be completed. We will outline your repayment schedule, should you have access money then you can make additional repayments without any penalty or additional charges. We want to see our customer repay their personal loans as quickly as possible.

Can I vary my re-payment schedule?
Yes you can. Please contact your Lending Manager to discuss your requirements. It is always better to be proactive in these situations. In the case where you wish to vary your re-payment schedule, contact us immediately to set up an alternate payment date. This prevents us from attempting a transfer when the funds are not available.
